How to Make: Hot Glue Charm Earrings

These easy & artsy hot glue earrings are the perfect way to make good use of leftover beads, charms and supplies from your craft studio. They can be customized to suit any theme or occasion and can be made in minutes! They make the perfect wearable-art, conversation starter!

Supplies Needed:
AdTech Hi Temp Project Pro Glue Gun
AdTech Mini Size Ultimate Strength Glue Stick
AdTech Silicone NonStick Glue Gun Pad
Earring Hooks
Jump Rings
Eye Pins
Pliers
Beads, Charms and Found Objects
Seed Beads and or Glitter

 

IMG_12201. Using the silicone pad as a work surface, squeeze a pool of hot glue over the eye pin.

 

IMG_12222. While the glue is still soft, quickly and carefully embed your charms into the pool of hot glue. Sprinkle the seed beads or glitter into the areas between your charms.

 

IMG_12283. Allow the glue to harden. Using pliers, connect the earring hook to the eye pin with a jump ring.

IMG_12304. Repeat steps 1-3 for the second earring. Feel free to mix and match. The point is for the earrings to look handmade, so experiment with different colors charms and arrangements!
